The Palestine Reporting Lab, a journalism incubator run by Just Vision, is seeking an experienced bilingual (Arabic/English) editor to help shape investigative, research-based and narrative journalism about Palestine and Palestinian communities.

Rather than publishing directly, the Lab develops reporting projects and supports journalists and reporting teams from conception through publication, in partnership with leading news organizations in English and Arabic. It offers editorial guidance, mentorship, financial support, and opportunities for collaborative reporting.

The editor will serve as the Lab’s coordinator for Arabic-language journalism, working across formats, long-form narratives, investigative features, audio, video, and experimental storytelling. They will be the primary editor of Arabic-language work and a bridge between English- and Arabic-speaking reporters, editors, and partners.

The Lab is looking for an exceptional editor with strong judgment, curiosity, and confident bilingual skill in both English and Arabic.
