Founded by women and for Afghan women, the Begum Organization for Women presents itself as a beacon of hope for those are seeking freedom and autonomy. Our mission is to « educate Afghan women, share their stories and defend their rights », and this is through three programs that Begum fulfils this mission: Radio Begum, Begum Academy and Begum TV.

We are a supportive community where women find support, resources, and encouragement. Working beyond borders, we are committed to amplifying the voice of Afghan women in the world. The Begum Organization embodies the spirit of resilience and determination of afghan women.
